Our Goal
Pillbox38 (UK) Ltd has one main goal, which is to provide our customers with Electronic Cigarette products that deliver. We believe that we consistently achieve this with not only our liquid nicotine fluids but also our full range of Electronic Cigarettes and their accompanying E.Cig accessories .
As a business we want to encourage a sense of community and friendship and we are working actively towards this, our social networking includes the Wicked Forum, Facebook, Twitter, Chat rooms, video and photo galleries.
We have community competitions and encourage clients to get involved. We want to be more than just a retailer of Electronic Cigarette products; we want to also be a rich source of information and support to people on all things related to Electric Cigarettes, E.Liquids and E.Smoking in general.

When I found your website(via Google) my first thought after not being able to use a credit card and seeing the name Pillbox38 was that the site was probably unprofessional and that if I got the order I would be amazed. To my surprise not only did I get the order but I have never been as satisfied with an online purchase in my life. The products seem to be of the very best quality I’ve ever gotten. I sent an email asking about the screwdriver and received a courteous and informative response in a timely fashion. Just looking at the invoice I can tell that the order is assembled and then double checked for accuracy.
I have purchased electronic cigarettes from a competitor of yours SmokingEverywhere.com. My first order from them was wrong. The second order was all screwed up. They sent the right flavor but the wrong strengths. My point is you guys now have a loyal customer in Me. I recently (yesterday) got my latest purchase from you - a Screwdriver MKII, Platinum Ice mixing kit and various other bits and pieces. It arrived the day after ordering and was immaculately presented as always. The Screwdriver is simply amazing and is pretty much the perfect E-NI (although I still have a soft spot for my Platinum Titan and will continue to use both!). The Platinum ice is a fantastic idea and I've had great fun mixing my own juices since I got it :)
