Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday, except for public holidays. We can accept visitors to our offices only with a prior appointment. Calls are charged at standard rates. We try to respond to all emails within 4 hours during office hours.

Complaints

We very rarely get complaints. In the unlikely event that you do wish to complain please contact us, using the details above. We will try to resolve your complaint immediately. We aim to resolve all complaints to our customers' satisfaction within five working days of the initial contact.
