As I browse through all the different threads on the forum, in the blogs and on the pages of Totally Wicked’s Facebook accounts, I do notice a recurring theme… delivery time. It seems that over and over again, customers are generally delighted with the speed in which the hard working folks in the offices and warehouse at the Totally Wicked complex, are able to take orders, do the admin and paperwork, get the e cigarette goodies all packaged up and finally delivered to your front door (or occasionally the post office).
Good customer service is plain and simple, something that makes those happy customers return again and again! I know that all the ladies and gents working hard behind the scenes at Totally Wicked are especially proud of their customer service record and despite their high standards are always striving to find new ways to give the customer an even better user experience. For example, the new opening hours for the onsite shop along with extended telephone ordering hours too, as mentioned in a recent blog post.
So let’s have a collective round of applause for all the staff and team members that you may not see, but you certainly see their work!

Time to BRAG a bit. Totally Wicked is tops on the customer service side. The people are professional and very Friendly. I love the products and have always been treated very well.
I know you can get cheeper E-cig stuff out there but you cannot get BETTER than TW offers.
