Accounts Assistant, North West Region - TW

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our team based at our brand new purpose built location in Accrington. You will be there on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary.

Responsibilities and Duties of our Accounts Assistant:

Purchase Ledger Duties:
- Check purchase invoices received against SAP Business One purchase order system.
- Check purchase invoices against delivery notes or POD's from suppliers.
- Process PO supported invoices into SAP.
- Respond appropriately to PO and Purchase Invoice queries, and escalate accordingly to ensure resolution.
- Process expenses claims.
- Credit card reconciliation.

Sales Ledger Duties:
- Create Pro-forma and standard Invoices.
- Produce weekly customer statements.

General Accounting Duties:
- Collate invoices for payment on regular and ad-hoc payment runs.
- Update bank accounts on daily basis and reconcile either daily or weekly.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and qualifications needed to become our Accounts Assistant:

Essential:
- 3 years demonstrable accounting experience in a purchase ledger and/or sales ledger role.
- Ability to self-manage and priorities workloads.
- Can do, team-based attitude.

Desirable:
- AAT part qualified or qualified or equivalent.
- Retail and / or wholesale experience.
- SAP experience.

Electrician, North West Region (Nationwide) - TW

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our team based in Blackburn. You will be there on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive market based salary of.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. Our refurbishment plans have traditionally led us to outsource all labour, however we are now at a stage where we would like to have those skills in-house, so you will be an integral part of developing how we carry out both full shop refurbishments and any maintenance on our existing estate.

About the Electrician role:
You will work on projects throughout the UK, so the ability to travel and be away from home for prolonged periods, including some weekend work, is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities of our Electrician:
- Prioritising duties on site.
- Co-ordinating safety on site.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining and delivering high standards of workmanship.
- Carrying out all electrical installations and ongoing maintenance across the retail and wider business estate.

About the Smoking Cessation Counsellor role:
You will play a critical role in the delivery of Totally Wicked Products as a smoking cessation tool locally, regionally and nationally. You will assist Totally Wicked to deliver stop smoking interventions within a range of settings. This will include working with Stop Smoking Services and healthcare advice providers nationally, and within Totally Wicked retail outlets, including owned, retail, e-commerce and dedicated reseller partners. This role will require some travel, evening and weekend work, as required.

Responsibilities of our Smoking Cessation Counsellor:
- Lead, plan and deliver appropriate and accessible cessation programmes.
- Adhere to current standards and regulations in relation to the provision of e-cigarettes as a smoking cessation tool.
- Support promotional activity.
- Stay up to date with clinical knowledge, undertake evidence based practice and promote new, innovative practices.

- Experience working with adults in a 1:1 and group environment.
