The Elf Bar 600, Elf Bar 600 V2, Lost Mary BM600, Lost Mary QM600 and Lost Mary BM600S are available in a subscription. Our subscription service is always evolving so check back frequently for any future updates.
Do I get an extra bottle of e-liquid with my subscription as I have spent over £30?
No. You are receiving your disposables for just £3.75 each in your subscription so a free bottle is not included.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If your payment is declined we will re-attempt within 48 hours. If there is a further decline our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you.
How often will I get my deliveries?
You have full control of delivery frequency, renewals can be every 2,3,4,5 and 6 weeks.
How do I move through the Club Wicked groups?
We reward loyalty – your first 6 boxes give you Truly Wicked status, awarding you 15% off all orders outside of your subscription. 7-12 boxes moves you to Madly Wicked, increasing your discount to 17.5% and 13+ boxes puts you into our top tier, Deeply Wicked, giving you 20% discount. Please note this applies to all products apart from mutibuy deals on Elf Bars, Lost Mary and SKE Crystal Bars.
Which disposable ranges can I choose from?
You can choose any Elf Bar and Lost Mary vapes.
Do all of my disposable vape selections have to be from the same range?
No, you can mix and match your disposables.
Can I cancel my disposables subscription at any time? Am I tied into a contract?
You can cancel at any time and are not tied into any contract. If you do cancel your subscription you will lose your exclusive Club Wicked benefits.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. There is an option to skip a delivery within your account, you can also amend the delivery frequency. If you do skip, you’ll need to have one renewal before you can skip again.
How do I pay for my disposable vape subscription?
You can pay for your disposable vapes subscription via Paypal or credit / debit card. Payment details will be stored on your account and used for future renewals. You can amend your chosen payment method at any time.
What if I want more than 8 disposables in my subscription?
Subscription boxes are set at 8 disposable vapes. If you need more, you can adjust the delivery frequency to receive your vapes more often.
What is Wicked Premier?
Wicked Premier members have access to premier days and exclusive prize draws When you have a subscription you are automatically part our Wicked Premier group.
Can I pick my delivery date?
When you set up your subscription you’ll have the option to adjust the delivery frequency to suit you.
Can I set up, amend, or pick up my subscription in store?
No, our subscription service is an online exclusive offer.
Can I add other items to the subscription?
When you create your subscription you can order other items at the same time. However, other items will not be automatically renewed nor can you add them to future subscription renewals.
Can I change my disposable vape selections?
Yes. Once your subscription is set up you can edit your choices whenever you like.
Is the subscription service available to anyone?
Subscriptions are only available to customers within the UK.
Can I have get my subscription before the next renewal date?
Yes. From your account you can select “Bill Now” to renew your subscription whenever you like. Payment will be taken instantly and your vapes should then be with you within 1-2 working days.
