A quick insight into the vaping extravaganza from Totally Wicked’s own Mrs Organisation; Stefanie Sandford!
Even if you’ve been a vaper for some time, you might not have heard of VaperExpo. Let me elaborate. VaperExpo 2016 was held in May at the NEC, where exhibitors from the smallest to the biggest and best known in the world of e-cigarettes and e-liquids came together to show off their products. A bit like the Motor Show of the vaping world.
For those of us who are exhibiting, it’s the culmination of months of preparation and planning. To a visitor it might look pretty straightforward, but believe me a lot of planning (and arguing) goes on behind the scenes about what products to take to a show, not to mention organising vans, hotel rooms, stand design and the physical work of getting the stand ready for opening day, and then spending the next 3 days on your feet for 10 hours a day. Not for the faint hearted, but it’s good fun too. There’s a lot of camaraderie within and between the exhibitor teams.
Expos are a great launch platform for new products and this year was no different. As well as showcasing some of our latest e-cigarette devices, with our sister company UK Vapour Brands we launched a fantastic new range of e-liquids: Fatties Juice, to the thousands of visitors who attended.
If you’ve never been to an Expo it’s a great day out: there are competitions, giveaways, demonstrations, a huge range of products to sample and buy, lots and lots of vapour, and even the odd celebrity or two. You definitely get a buzz from being at an Expo!
