How to choose your first e-cig – transcript

1. Choose your device

Starter Kits come in a number of styles with the most popular called a ‘pen style’ because they look like a pen. They also come in a ‘box style’ because they look like a small box. (Believe it or not!)

2. Choose your e-liquid

With all e-cigarettes, you need e-liquid and unlike traditional cigarettes you have lots and lots of choice when it comes to flavour. From sweets to menthol and tobacco, there is a flavour for everyone.

3. Choose your strength

The general rule is the more you smoke the higher the strength you need to start with. There are always exceptions and this can be trial and error so persevere as it will be worth it.
