Choose your path to quit.
Cold Turkey – £0. Entirely willpower / Potential withdrawal symptoms. Withdrawal symptoms ease after seven days. Around 5% success rate.
Nicotine Replacement Therapy – Between £1500 & £3000 annually. Little control over nicotine dose / Doesn’t cover all triggers. Can satisfy nicotine cravings. Around 9.9% success rate.
Vaping – Approx. £648. Maintenance required / Possible social stigma. Covers all smoking triggers. Around 18% success rate.
