There are typically three pathways to stopping smoking; cold turkey, Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and vaping. Each path is slightly different and along the way there are different costs, hurdles and benefits.

Choose your path to quit.
Cold Turkey – £0. Entirely willpower / Potential withdrawal symptoms. Withdrawal symptoms ease after seven days. Around 5% success rate.
Nicotine Replacement Therapy – Between £1500 & £3000 annually. Little control over nicotine dose / Doesn’t cover all triggers. Can satisfy nicotine cravings. Around 9.9% success rate.
Vaping – Approx. £648. Maintenance required / Possible social stigma. Covers all smoking triggers. Around 18% success rate.
