2018 has been a special year for Totally Wicked. As you will probably know, this past October we celebrated our 10th anniversary in style, the culmination of that being a huge £17,500 prize pot that went to three lucky Totally Wicked customers.

For those of you who don’t know, each year we are lucky enough to have a Christmas raffle that is organised by the company and features outstanding prizes. Our anniversary celebrations continued and this has been the biggest raffle yet.

It was a deviation away from the norm, as rather than us gathering in the warehouse of our HQ building, we were lucky enough to be invited to the Premier Suite at Ewood Park.

We were treated to a fabulous hot buffet (the veggie curry was divine) and the drinks were flowing.

After last year we knew that no one’s face was safe and once again we were treated to a spectacular slideshow featuring some of the Totally Wicked staff.

The prizes surpassed all other years. As well as fantastic tech prizes such as TVs, Apple iPhone X’s, iPad pros, Laptops and VR headsets, there was a raft of cash prizes, ranging from £250 all the way up to £1000!

What we didn’t know is that we would have games to play. We had ‘play your cards right’, where one lucky staff member Peter won a whopping £5000.

Then we had Deal or No Deal, yes an actual game with our own Noel (Totally Wicked MD, Fraser Cropper) and a banker. 12 staff members were called to stand behind boxes and one was chosen at random to be the player.

The top prize was £10,000! A life changing sum of money.

Although the game didn’t go completely his way, he still walked away with £1100. No Deal or No Deal player walked away empty handed though, as there was also a prize in each box ranging from cash to a Nintendo Switch console.

Would you believe me if I told you these weren’t even the top prizes? I said this was the biggest year ever.

The top three prizes were a shopping holiday to Dubai with £4000 spending money, £6000 to spend on a dream holiday, and a luxury dream cruise. Phew.

I say this every year and I will continue to say it. We know how lucky we are, it is not every day that the company you work for does this for its employees.
