In a recent announcement, the Government revealed plans to ban disposable vapes, effective June 2025. This ban targets popular products such as Elf Bar 600, Lost Mary BM600, and SKE Crystal Bar. The aim is to reduce the environmental impact of single-use vapes and address concerns about underage vaping, as these affordable and readily available products can be appealing to underage youths.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When Will The Ban Take Effect?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There will be a transition period to allow manufacturers and retailers to sell off existing stock, with trading standards implementing necessary enforcement measures. Expect disposable vapes to start to disappear from shelves around January\/February of next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ban is then expected to come into force on 25th April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refillable and pre-filled pod vapes will remain available for adult vapers, with no proposed restrictions on their sale.
