There’s no tobacco, no combustion, and none of the thousands of chemicals produced when tobacco burns. That last point matters more than people realise, because it’s the burning process in cigarettes, not the nicotine itself, that causes most of the harm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

None of this means vaping is risk-free. Nicotine is an addictive substance, and if you’ve never smoked or vaped before, there’s no health reason to start.
