With a new launch comes another review, and this time I'm looking at the Eleaf iVeni Lite. It's aimed squarely at fans of small, easy-to-use, no-fuss vape kits – which is right up my street.
The Light-weight iVeni
As a regular vaper of the Lumina and VLTZ flex Pro, the big question was how this would compare. I'd say it's right up there with them. While my other kits have their strengths, the iVeni Lite's incredibly lightweight design makes it just as good in my book, and it has definitely earned a permanent spot in my rotation. Let’s get into why.

First Impressions: Unboxing and Feel
Right out of the box, the iVeni Lite makes an impact. It arrives in a tiny package, similar to a disposable, with the device sealed in a foil packet. Just a heads-up: the pod comes pre-inserted with a seal at the base that you’ll need to remove before you can use it.
The first thing I noticed after freeing it from the packet was the weight, or lack thereof. It’s probably the lightest vape of its type that I’ve ever held. It honestly made me wonder if they’d forgotten to put the battery in. They hadn’t – and I was surprised to find out it packs a decent 1100mAh battery.
I also quickly noticed the pod looked familiar, almost identical to the Aero pod for the Aeromax kit. Our tech team confirmed they are indeed the same refillable pod. This is great news for me, as my other half uses an Aeromax, meaning we can save money by using the multi-buy deals on pods. It's a nice little bonus for households with more than one type of kit.
Setup, Design, and Features
After removing the seal, I put the pod back in, filled it with some VLTZ Ultra Rainbow Burst, and let it prime for about 5 minutes. What I love most about the Aeropods is the side-filling bung. It makes life so much easier when you don’t have to remove the whole pod just to top it up.
The overall design feels modern and cool. It's smaller and a touch lighter than the Flex Pro and Lumina I usually use. For me, the lack of buttons is a big plus, and I like that it has a simple airflow control slider on the side to dial in the draw.
Using the iVeni Lite
This is where the iVeni Lite really shines. The flavour it produces, especially when paired with VLTZ Ultra, is excellent. I quickly found my preferred airflow setting (just barely open for a tight, MTL draw) and was enjoying it straight away. The battery came fully charged, which is always a bonus.
There’s no screen or buttons to mess with wattage, and honestly, that’s a good thing. The kit has smart technology that automatically detects the pod’s resistance and sets the power for you, somewhere between 10-20W. This takes all the guesswork out of it.
You get a 0.8ohm pod in the box, which gives a great balance of flavour and vapour. But you can also use the 0.6ohm for a bit more cloud or the 1.2ohm for a more discreet vape, which are all part of the Aeropod range.
It's important to note that the 0.4ohm Aeropod won’t work with this kit; the device’s max 20W output isn’t enough to power it properly, so it’s not compatible.
Understanding the Lights and Controls
For a simple kit, the iVeni Lite has some clever features. Instead of a screen showing battery percentage, it uses a colourful light on the front. As you vape, it cycles through a cool rainbow effect, but the final colour it shows tells you the battery level:
And if you’re wondering how to turn it on or off without a button, it’s done with a few quick puffs. Just take 3 short puffs within about 1.5 seconds to lock or unlock the device. It’s a handy feature to stop it from firing in your pocket.
Final Thoughts
So, what’s the verdict? The Eleaf iVeni Lite is a fantastic little kit that punches well above its weight. The combination of its lightweight design, great flavour, and a surprisingly long-lasting 1100mAh battery makes it a real winner.
It's the ideal device for someone that’s used to using disposables or currently uses big puff vapes, who want to switch to a more cost-effective refillable system without losing convenience. It’s also a perfect, no-fuss backup for experienced vapers. For an “entry-level” price, you’re getting a top-tier flavour experience. It comes in a few nice colours too, like Black, Creamy White, and Light Blue, so there are options to suit your style. For the price and performance, this one is hard to beat.
