In-depth reviews
Here, I will break down exactly why I have chosen these products to give you all the information you need to make an informed purchase.
Aeromax Boost – Best all rounder
The Aeromax Boost is a device designed to provide a personalised vaping experience, while remaining intuitive to use. A perfect choice if you're just switching from cigarettes, or you're looking for a slightly more advanced vape kit from the disposable style vapes on the market.
One of its most notable features is its 1300mAh battery, which easily supports a full day of use, even for heavier vapers. Personally, I vape a moderate amount, which allows the Aeromax Boost to last me around a day and a half to two full days. Of course, your results will vary.
When it does come time to charge, the Aeromax Boost takes around 60 minutes to fill from empty, which heavily minimises downtime compared to the slower-charging kits.

The Aremax Boost is compatible with both 2ml Aero Boost and Aero pods, but Dual Mode is only available with the Aero Boost pods – something I'll touch upon in a minute. Pods for the Aeromax Boost are side-filled, which some people prefer over bottom or top-fill pods, as you don't need to remove the pod from the kit. Definitely puts it in the running as one of the best vapes of 2026.
No matter the pod resistance you choose, the Aeromax Boost uses smart technology to automatically recommend wattage for the pod you insert. So you never have to worry about burning out your coil from improper wattage.
When you are hitting your vape, you can do so in either Single Mode or Dual Mode. Single involves just one of the pre-installed mesh coils; Dual Mode involves both. Using both coils may use more liquid and battery life, but offer a more intense flavour.
The Aeromax Boost is comfortable to hold and intuitive to use. The integrated digital display shows battery life, wattage, and use mode, arming you with all the information you need to never be caught short.
You’ll love this if:
You want a vape that does it all in a slim form factor. Long battery life, dual coils, and bold flavourful hits. Well deserving of a place in my best vapes of 2026 list.
Hayati Pro Max Plus – Best big puff disposable style
The Hayati Pro Max Plus is an incredibly popular device, particularly for new vapers – and I can see the appeal. The Pro Max Plus is incredibly simple, and that plays to the device’s strengths. It's designed to be a plug-and-play system.

The Pro Max Plus offers a respectable 850mAh battery, which typically lasts me around a day and a half. However, if you're conservative with it, it'll likely last even longer. That said, it does start to lose functionality as the battery gets low. In my experience, therefore, it's best to avoid letting the battery drop below 20%. Making it a perfect fit for the best vapes of 2026.
The Pro Max Plus is a pre-filled pod system; each pod contains 12ml of e-liquid capacity and offers up to 6,000 puffs. There's a wide variety of flavours to choose from, with a personal favourite of mine being Blueberry Sour Raspberry.
The Hayati doesn't have any buttons or airflow adjusters to speak of; it’s really just a matter of connecting the pod to the battery, and off you go.
The coil of the Hayati Pro Max Plus is meshed for more even heat distribution throughout the wick. Power output is between 10 – 12W and provides an even puff, dialled-in puff. Despite the lack of airflow adjustment, the pull is refined for a pleasing mouth-to-lung experience.
You’ll love this if:
You want a disposable style device that embodies simplicity, no buttons, no fuss, just vape.
VLTZ flex Pro – Best for budget buyers
The VLTZ flex Pro is one of Totally Wicked's most budget-friendly options (and sells well for that reason), built specifically to replace disposable and disposable-style vapes – without compromising on performance.
The flex Pro comes equipped with a 900mAh battery, a delightful mix of portability and longevity that ensures the device lasts all day without being too bulky. However, I've often found it to be a little longer on less stressful days.
This device, like the Hayati above, was designed for simplicity, with no buttons, screens, or any dazzling animations to detract from the experience. If you want a more discreet experience, I highly recommend the VLTZ flex Pro.

You can opt for either a pre-filled or refillable pod for the Flex Pro, with the refillable pod arguably offering better value. The resistance of the pod depends on the type you get; the pre-filled is 1.2ohms, and the refillable is 0.8ohms. Both of which have a 2ml capacity.
The flex Pro Pods are side-filled, but if that's not your thing, a top tip I have is to get a Lumina Pod. They're fully compatible with the Flex Pro, but top-fill for convenience.
The flex Pro is well-manufactured, featuring a metal outer casing and tough plastic pods. The battery comes in a variety of ombre colours – from block black to purple and green.
You’ll love this if:
You want an uncomplicated, budget-oriented vape compatible with both pre-filled and refillable pods.
Mavro Pro – Best "box style" vape
The Mavro Pro is built from the ground up to be an all-in-one device, ready to become your next daily driver. It also ships with a plethora of features, allowing you to vape exactly the way you like it. A perfect candidate for one of the best vapes of 2026.

The Mavro Pros battery life is something to behold. It features a 1600mAh battery, which is more than capable of lasting all day and then some – in my experience. When it does inevitably run out of charge, the Mavro Pro charges very quickly via USB-C – for convenience.
Speaking of longevity, the Mavro Pro comes equipped with our Mavro Pro Pod, a refillable 2ml pod. Contained within are two coils, facilitating the device's dual vaping modes. It's worth noting that if you're a base Mavro vaper, then you won't be able to use base Mavro pods with the Mavro Pro. Not if you want to take advantage of dual mode, anyway.
Output-wise, the Pro can deliver up to 50W, depending on the installed pod’s resistance and the selected mode. If you need to dial in your experience, you can adjust the wattage using the scroll wheel/power button.
The coil's dual modes allow you to fine-tune your vaping experience. If you're looking to conserve battery and liquid, you can use the Mavro Pro in Single Mode. Dual mode activates both coils, allowing for more vapour and a more intense flavour.
The Mavro Pro features an informational display that shows your current wattage, battery life, usage mode, pod resistance, and puff count.
Although it's feature-rich, it's intuitive to use and delivers an incredible MTL vaping experience, no matter the setup. As I mentioned in my review, while it's more akin to a "box vape," it remains compact, lightweight, and easy to carry around.
You’ll love this if:
You want a device that lets you customise your experience to the finest detail without being overly complicated.
Lost Mary BM6000 – Honourable mention
The Lost Mary BM6000 is one of the most popular vape kits that Totally Wicked sells. And for good reason. It's a box style, which makes it a little bulkier for my liking; however, it's short, so it kind of makes up for it.
The BM6000 is rated for up to 6,000 puffs, much like the Hayati, but it does have a significantly smaller battery capacity at 650mAh. That does, however, mean that the device can fit into smaller spaces, like a clutch bag, for example. Regardless of the capacity, the BM6000 does seem to last all day from my testing – but I'm no means the world’s most frequent vaper. Your results will vary depending on how much you use it.
Fortunately, the BM6000 lets you see exactly how much battery you have left, thanks to its digital display that shows battery life as a percentage.

Again, much like the Hayati, I've found that when the device gets low on charge, the power of the puff is noticeably reduced. It's best not to let the percentage drop below 15% or so for the best experience.
Capacity-wise, the BM6000 contains 12ml of e-liquid, while remaining fully UK-compliant. It does so by tacking on a 10ml refill tank to a regulated 2ml pod. Similar to the way Hayati does it in the Pro Max Plus. Also, the BM6000 contains a mesh coil for even heating and vaporisation of the liquid.
You'll love this if
You want a disposable-style device with flavourful pulls in a small form factor for portability.
How I selected the best vapes of 2026
It's very tempting to just fill a post like this with the latest devices on the market, but just because something is new doesn't automatically make it the best.
I’ve built this list on my own experiences, with a sprinkle of Totally Wicked sales data and customer reviews. I don't just want to say something is the best because of my subjective experience – I've backed it up with data. While Totally Wicked makes its own products, it also features guest brands, and the devices it carries are done so for good reason.
All of the vapes featured in our guides are fully UK-compliant and align with UK and EU regulations.
How long do these devices take to charge?
A valid question, especially if you're out and about a lot, is how long do these vapes take to charge?
Many vapes today charge via USB-C at 5V/2A, which can mean incredibly fast charge times, especially for lower-capacity batteries. Below is a table showing how long each device listed here takes to charge from empty to full.
| Device | Charge Time |
| Aeromax Boost | 55 – 70 Minutes (2A) |
| Mavro Pro | 1 – 1.5 Hours (2A) |
| Hayati Pro Max Plus | 40 – 60 Minutes (1A) |
| VLTZ Flex Pro | 40 – 55 Minutes (1A) |
| Lost Mary BM6000 | 25 – 45 Minutes (2A) |
Real-world charging times depend on battery type, power source, cables, and the amount of charge already in the battery. Due to safety regulations, the last 20% of the charge on lithium-based batteries is delivered more slowly. Always check the device specifications to ensure you're charging safely.
Flavours to try – some of my favourites
Choosing the best vapes of 2026 is one thing, but they’re nothing without a good liquid. I've decided to round out this best-of by recommending some of my favourite flavours for each device – if you're really stuck. And since Totally Wicked offers a wide variety of flavours for all the kits listed here, you have plenty of options to choose from.
Of course, flavour and taste are very subjective, but I've tried probably hundreds of different flavours over the years, and I like to think I've got a sense for what's objectively good.
VLTZ range – The Totally Wicked VLTZ range is a favourite of mine, particularly Blueberry Sour Raspberry, simply because it closely replicates the flavour of disposable vapes. They just seemed to hit different. The VLTZ range is definitely the closest to those that I have tried.

VLTZ flex Pro Cherry – If you've taken a liking to the Flex Pro and you want a pre-filled pod, you can't go wrong with Cherry. The sweetness of cherries is balanced by a slight tang, making for a very rich flavour.
Lost Mary BM6000 Menthol – There's nothing quite like an Icy hit of menthol sometimes. Lost Mary seems to do a particularly good job of capturing and bottling the feeling of freshness.
Hayati Pro Max Plus Blue Razz GB – Firstly, the Hayati Pro Max Plus is one of my favourite disposable-style devices. Also, the Blue Razz GB flavour is an easy recommendation. The sweet-and-tart combination of candy and berries creates a truly flavourful experience.
