What’s so great about working at Totally Wicked?

It’s great to work in an industry which is so fast paced and always evolving. Vaping trends and habits are ever-changing, but Totally Wicked always retains its ambition of helping as many smokers as possible make the switch to vaping. Seeing first-hand how the products we stock and the guidance we give help people quit smoking is incredibly rewarding and motivating.

What is your area of expertise?

I specialise in the planning and execution of in-store marketing campaigns to ensure every customer who enters a Totally Wicked store has a positive experience and chooses the right vaping products for their needs. This includes ensuring each vaper has the information they need to remain smoke-free as well as providing continuous after sales information via email, physical materials, and video content.

What experience do you have in the industry?

I'm a vaper of 8 years and have worked at Totally Wicked for 7 of those. I’ve been involved in the industry from the times of big mods and cloud chasing, have seen the introduction of the TRPR and more recently witnessed the rise of disposables. I’ve watched both the industry, and Totally Wicked evolve dramatically and have covered various key milestones during this evolution through Vaped articles and videos.

What’s your favourite Totally Wicked product?

If you’d have asked me this a couple of years ago, I would have a very different answer but right now it’s definitely the VLTZ re:fuel with VLTZ Tropical Mango E-liquid. I like sweet, intense flavours and this combination certainly fits the bill.
