How to Download the App
If you are a current customer in a retail store, simply click the button below, and follow the instructions which are unique to your device. All you will need is an internet connection, and access to the email address of your local Totally Wicked store's account. Once you have logged in, you will have instant access to your loyalty rewards balance.
Once you click on the link to the app, create a shortcut by adding it to your home screen. If you don't currently have an account in a Totally Wicked store, you won’t be able to access the app at this time. However, all you have to do get started with an account is visit your local store and the friendly in-store team will get you up and running.

Why isn't my email address recognised when I try to log in?
The email address you input must be associated with your retail account in-store. Please visit your local Totally Wicked store who can check your details on the system.
Why is my latest transaction not showing?
Your latest transaction can take up to 24 hours to appear in your app. If your transaction is not showing after 24 hours, check that you have a stable internet connection.
Can I use the Rewards app offline?
You can access the Rewards app offline but an internet connection is required to update details such as your loyalty balance within the app.
Can I find the Rewards app on my phone's App store?
No, the Totally Wicked Rewards app is a web application so can only be installed via the URL.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Push notifications are only sent to App users who grant permission. You can amend your permissions to allow push notifications with your phone settings.
Can I uninstall the Rewards App?
Yes, you can uninstall the Rewards App at any time. Your Loyalty Rewards will remain but you will no longer have access to exclusive offers & discounts.
Is the Rewards app available for the e-commerce website?
No, the Rewards App is only applicable to purchases and activity in Totally Wicked stores.
Is the Rewards App not available in every local Totally Wicked store?
The Rewards app is currently available in 97 of 150 Totally Wicked stores, across the UK, with more set to follow.
