What’s so great about working at Totally Wicked?

The best part about my role and working at TW is the variety of projects that my work involves. The engagement with key stakeholders within NHS Trusts, Public Health, Stop Smoking Services, County Councils, Local Authorities and Charities of all sizes is amazing. These relationships are built on trust and support. Hearing feedback about how successful services are and seeing their quit rates going up rapidly since implementing vaping into their offering is very rewarding and brings a lot of job satisfaction.

What is your area of expertise?

Helping partners select the best products that suit their requirements to support successful quit attempts within their locality. Delivering comprehensive training sessions to service advisors to ensure they are both comfortable and confident in issuing vaping products to their service users/patients.

What experience do you have in the industry?

Totally Wicked has been active in the supply of vape products for smoking cessation since 2014. Since 2018 this has become a dedicated function within the business, supplying safe, compliant and effective products to Local Authorities, commissioned smoking cessation services and NHS Trusts. The products are provided to assist with smoking abstinence or general quitting in cohorts as diverse as general population and outpatients, to those suffering with mental health, substance abuse issues, and people that have found themselves homeless and sleeping rough. At the time of writing, we are supplying vaping devices to over 70 such organisations, working on 120 live projects, and have gained sufficient experience and reputation in this supply to be considered similarly to providers of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) pharmaceutical products.

What’s your favourite Totally Wicked product?

The Skope S is the most popular device with the majority of our Health Improvement Partners. It has successful quit rates between 60-80%. Therefore, is my favourite product because it has helped so many people quit smoking.
