If you're a fan of Big Puff vapes you may already have got your hands on the Lost Mary BM6000. However, if you're yet to try this 6000 puff vape, this review may give you the nudge you need.
What is the BM6000?
The BM6000 is a rechargeable disposable that has a 10ml + 2ml capacity. What does this mean? It means that the kit comes with a prefilled 10ml bottle of 2% nic salt e-liquid and a reservoir also prefilled with the same nicotine strength 2ml vape juice. It's also fitted with a not-too-shabby 650mAh built-in rechargeable battery that can last all day.
BM6000 Design
Size and shape
The 6000 puff count and longevity all points towards the Lost Mary BM6000 being a hefty vape, but surprisingly, it's a relatively compact vape and was comfortable for me to hold. Yes. It may be larger than your usual single-use vape but it's still small enough to fit in your bag or pocket. Its smooth surface and contoured shape also adds to the comfort levels.
Refill container e-liquid viewer
When TPD compliant big puff vapes were brought out, I did wonder how they'd achieve such an incredible number of puffs in a legal device. Afterall, 2ml is the maximum capacity permitted for any in the UK - and this goes for both pre-filled or refillable. But the clever folk over at Lost Mary have it all figured out. As the 10ml e-liquid container is separate from the device it doesn't count towards the pod quota. The pod reservoir can only contain 2ml at a time but with the bottle attached it's easier to refill it. The 10ml e-liquid container has a transparent panel, through which you can keep an eye on e-liquid levels. This is a really useful feature if you don't want to risk being without your favourite Lost Mary BM6000 flavour for too long.
Digital display screen
The LED screen indicating the battery life convenient. It allowed me to prepare to plug in and charge rather than be disappointed if it went flat while I was out without a charger. Not that charging is any effort when you do have a charger, as it really is a quick charge.
An Easy to Use Vape
Besides needing to attach the 10ml e-liquid bottle, little else needs to be done to set up this device. Once the bottle is in place, you turn the whole the thing upside down to fill the 2ml reservoir. The vape comes prefilled with 2ml nic salt e-liquid, so you only need to do this each time that's all used up. To vape, just draw on it via the mouthpiece - no buttons to press - so it's a really simple to use vape.
BM6000 Puff count
Now I'm not going to make any claims of counting each an every puff, because - who does that? But there's no doubt that this vape lasts considerably longer than its 600 puff counterparts. But does it really provide up to 6000 puffs? The only way I can answer this is by comparing it with the original 600 puff disposables. The BM6000 should last ten times as long as a single disposable, right? So if a disposable lasted me a day, this should last ten days. For me, these vapes last around a week or so.
An Upgraded Mesh Coil
Apparently it isn't just the increased e-liquid content that makes this a 6k vape. It is the upgraded mesh coil that allows this "magic" to happen. The modern mesh coil ensures that every drop of e-liquid is used, allowing for more puffs when compared to more traditional types of vapes.
