The high-profile partnership follows on from the collaboration with Sainsbury’s just three months ago, and reaffirms Totally Wicked’s ambition to selectively expand the UK’s No.1 independent vaping brand into the supermarket channel.
Since 2008 Totally Wicked has been empowering smokers to transform their lives with a safer alternative*, and from humble beginnings have grown to be a significant force within the £1bn + total category. Whilst the independent vaping market represent c70% of this market, and Totally Wicked’s dedicated estate of 158 retail stores play a key role, consumers have shown their desire to purchase their brand of choice in more convenient locations.
In 2017, Totally Wicked secured a strategic partnership with the EuroGarages Group (EG), which would see Totally Wicked products stocked in more than 380 sites across the UK. This was followed by a partnership with WHSmith in 2019, whereby Totally Wicked e-liquids would be rolled out across WHSmith’s high street and travel businesses. Earlier this year, the partnership with supermarket giant Sainsbury’s added weight to our portfolio, and a selection of premium e-liquids are now being stocked in more than 340 Sainsbury’s stores.
We are delighted to announce that Asda will be joining Sainsbury’s as a proud stockist of Totally Wicked products as of Wednesday, 20th May. A selection of their premium e-liquids and the Totally Wicked byte will become available across more than 420 Asda stores nationwide.
