In September 2018, Totally Wicked became an official Club Partner of Blackburn Rovers FC. Totally Wicked’s Headquarters are just a stone’s throw away from Rovers’ ground Ewood Park but the partnership stems much deeper than that.
Totally Wicked managing director Fraser Cropper is a lifelong Rovers fan. The first football game he attended was Blackburn Rovers FC vs Bristol Rovers FC over 40 years ago and has been a regular at the games ever since, even selling match day programmes in the Riverside stand in his teenage years.
Last week, Mr Cropper spoke to Rovers about his affiliation with the club and what it means to be an Official Partner of the club he has supported his whole life.
The interview was shown on the big screen at half time during Rovers’ derby clash against Preston North End FC on Saturday, 9th March.
Fraser Cropper explained that Totally Wicked’s sponsorship of Blackburn Rovers is much more than just a business venture. Not only is the Totally Wicked managing director a Rovers fan, but he also grew up in Blackburn and is proud of his roots.
Support for Blackburn Rovers FC runs deep through the company. From warehouse workers and retail staff to senior management, Rovers has a prominent fan base throughout Totally Wicked. There is now a strong sense of pride from this Totally Wicked following as they see the company name brandished across the Club’s training kits as well as a strong visual presence in the stadium.
This partnership is built on strong foundations and continues to grow from strength to strength. We look forward to working with Rovers for many years to come.
