You cannot use just any e-liquid in a refillable vape pod. There are specific types of e-liquids that work best with refillable pod systems Refillable, or open pod systems, are designed to work best with high PG e-liquids such as VLTZ bar salts or 50/50 e-liquids like Red Label.
