A key feature of the VLTZ Grip Refill system is the physical design of the capsules. They are built for a secure connection to the VLTZ Grip pod. The installation process uses a simple twist-to-lock mechanism; a 45-degree clockwise turn locks the capsule firmly in place, ensuring a solid connection. Removal is just as straightforward, requiring a 45-degree anticlockwise turn. This design removes the need for manual refilling from a bottle, making the process cleaner and more efficient.

VLTZ Grip Refills - How to Set Up
1. To remove the empty capsule, hold the device and twist the capsule 45 degrees anticlockwise. Pull it straight out from the pod.
2. Take a new capsule from the pack.
3. Align the pins on the new capsule with the pod, push it in firmly, and rotate it 45 degrees clockwise to lock it securely in place.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR USE
Do not remove the silicone coverings on the e-liquid capsules. They should remain securely attached to the capsules during use. If removed, this will cause leaking of the e-liquid into the device.

All standard orders are shipped as soon as possible by our warehouse. Delivery times will vary dependent on location. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Parcels may be delivered on any day, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Pre-12 Noon Next working day delivery
Orders placed by 3pm Monday – Thursday will be shipped for guaranteed delivery on the next working day by 12 noon.
Orders placed by 3pm Friday will be shipped for guaranteed delivery on Saturday (note this cannot be guaranteed before 12 noon)
Orders placed after 3pm Friday up to 10am Sunday will be shipped for guaranteed delivery by 12 noon on Monday
There are no collections or deliveries on public holidays for pre-12 next working day, so adjustments to the above schedules will apply
Please note the timed next day service is not available for the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands / Islands
